    Ingredients,

2 mangoes, substance cut into 0.5cm dice - 1 stone saved

100ml of white wine vinegar

100g of caster sugar

70ml of water

1/2 tsp dark onion seeds

1/2 tsp white mustard seeds

2 red chillies, finely slashed

1 red onion, finely slashed

1 tbsp of coriander, slashed
